Atlanta, GA - There’s a new twist in Fetty Wap’s sex tape scandal as TMZ reports that the rapper’s ex-girlfriend, Alexis Skyy, says the only way the tape could have leaked is through him.
Skyy filed her own cease and desist letter to Fetty Wap demanding for the intimate images and clips of the couple be removed from the internet. In the document, her lawyer states to the New Jersey rapper’s attorney that “the leaked material was most recently under your client’s control and, in all likelihood, was released by someone gaining access to the materials through him, with or without his knowledge.”
Fetty Wap filed his own cease and desist letter yesterday (January 10) to all media who posted the steamy clip and to Skyy, threatening to sue if it was found she was the source of the leak.

Fetty Wap has issued a cease and desist letter to all media outlets that posted a clip of him and his ex-girlfriend Alexis Skyy getting it on. He also sent one to her as well, threatening to sue if they find out she’s behind the leak, TMZ reports.
The clip made its rounds Tuesday (January 10) morning and it was believed that only Fetty and Alexis were in possession of the video.

The “My Way” singer’s team asserts that he had nothing to do with the leak however, they decline to confirm if it’s actually Fetty or not.
In order for anyone to make any bread off the tape, both participants have to sign off on paperwork agreeing to a distribution deal. Wap is looking to make sure no one makes money off the tape and Skyy’s attorney says that this was a surprise for her as well as she plans on taking legal action herself.
Skyy also addressed the leak on Twitter, writing, “All of this is so crazy & embarrassing!! To think SOMEBODY would want to expose my personal life with the world is so disgusting.”
